What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a talking therapy which combines the use of hypnosis and the clients imagination and subconcious as a way of helping reframe the mind and change perceptions of issues or situations, allowing to bring about positive changes to the clients own thoughts and feelings. It can be an incredibly useful and helpful experience.

Hypnotherapy can be used for a number of issues including improving self confidence, helping to stop a habit, weight loss and relieving fears and anxieties. Whatever your reason, we can work together to help build a plan that suits you and helps you get back on track. Positive steps can make the best changes and your well-being is my ultimate concern and my therapy sessions are designed to strengthen your confidence and assist you in the healing process.

As an added extra, I am now doing online sessions for anyone who cannot make it to see me in person especially during this strange time. Being able to continue looking after your mental health is incredibly important and together we can find ways to help you continue to feel calm and in control.
